Lansdowne Gardens to open new residence on Wycombe Road

The management and staff of Lansdowne Gardens are excited to announce their plans to open a new Lansdowne Gardens residence on Wycombe Road in Neutral Bay.

From October 2011, Lansdowne Gardens will operate over two residences; Manns Avenue and Wycombe Road. Due to the high demand for quality and luxurious aged care living on the lower North Shore, in 2008, Cranbrook Care purchased the property at Wycombe Road with the intention of extending their highly sought after Lansdowne Gardens offering.

At Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe Road, residents will receive the high quality care and intimacy of a small residence, with all the resources of a larger facility including a beauty salon, Wellness Centre, fine dining and numerous lifestyle services.

Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe will be a luxurious and contemporary residence with a central dining room for social interaction, small and intimate sitting areas, elegantly designed suites with ensuites and leafy courtyards.

Design features include a vertical garden in the main courtyard, a glass light feature wall at reception and travertine and limestone flooring.

Lansdowne Gardens on Wycombe will provide 25 low and high care extra service suites for residents with 24 hours nursing care.
