    Amid much excitement, the second stage of Cranbrook Residences Bella Vista has been completed and is now ready to welcome eager residents from the beginning of November to its vibrant, growing community in a picturesque setting overlooking the championship Castle Hill Country Club.

    With the development’s Stage One residents settled in and enjoying the idyllic locale, premium quality accommodation and extensive on-site lifestyle facilities, Cranbrook Care CEO Kerry Mann expressed her delight at reaching this next milestone at Cranbrook Residences, which is setting a new benchmark for seniors’ living.

    The completion of Stage Two adds 26 beautifully-appointed purpose-built one, two and three-bedroom residences, as well as a cinema, multi-purpose arts and crafts room and a well-stocked library featuring a mix of classics and contemporary fiction.

    Cranbrook Residences is delighted to welcome its first residents who moved into their luxurious apartments today. These residents are the first of many moving in the coming weeks. It’s lovely seeing residents setting up their homes and meeting their neighbours. The Cafe is now open for residents to meet up with family and friends for a coffee and a bite to eat. As residents settle in over the coming weeks there will be plenty of activities and social events for this growing community.

    Cranbrook Care has welcomed it’s first residents to Bayswater Gardens a state of the art aged care residence overlooking Hen & Chicken Bay at Abbotsford, with more set to call it home over the coming weeks.

    Commenting on the opening Ms Kerry Mann, CEO, Cranbrook Care, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome our first residents, and their friends and families to Bayswater Gardens”.

    “At Cranbrook Care we strive to enrich the lives of older Australians. Each resident will be cared for by a team of skilled professionals, including those in nursing, hospitality, personal care, cuisine, maintenance, administration and much more,” said Ms Mann.

    Residents of Bayswater Gardens, which is adjacent to Henry Lawson Park, will be able to choose from a number of beautifully appointed lounge and dining areas designed by leading interior architects Pike Withers as well as a range of lifestyle services, including physiotherapy, massage and podiatry. A hydrotherapy pool, hair and beauty salon and gymnasium with premium, age-specific exercise equipment from Finland are located within the state-of-the-art Reflections Wellness Centre. The Leisure & Lifestyle team will keep residents busy with a daily schedule encompassing exercises, games, art and crafts, in-house concerts, history discussions and seminars, outings to the local area and much more.
