Our Team
Steve Bauer, Founder/Executive Director
Steve is an Executive Director and founder of Cranbrook Care. He is responsible for financial management, strategic planning and property development. Steve has over 35 years of expertise in business and management, coupled with extensive experience in the building and property development sector. In 2000 Steve brought these skills to the aged care industry, combining state of the art aged care residences with excellence in care. Steve is an Approved Provider under the Aged Care Act (1979).
Campbell Meldrum, Executive Director
Campbell is an Executive Director of Cranbrook Care. His role involves strategic planning at a corporate level and property development of new or existing residences. Campbell is deeply committed to improving quality of care for the elderly and has been instrumental in making Cranbrook Care facilities ‘great places to live and work’. Campbell has over ten years’ experience in the aged care industry and has been a Director of the peak industry body Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA), a committee member of the Aged Care Industry Council (NSW and ACT) and a member of the UDIA Seniors Living Committee.
Marc Bauer, Executive Director
Marc is an Executive Director of Cranbrook Care. His role includes financial and strategic planning. Marc has been a Director of Cranbrook Care since 2004. Marc has experience in strategic acquisitions, feasibility assessment and overall project management of property developments. He was a partner for 14 years at Meridian International Capital Limited, a boutique capital asset financing firm. Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics Degree in Actuarial Studies.
Kerry Mann, Chief Executive Officer
Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate level and at the residences. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and residence management. Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Kerry is a Director of the peak industry body Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA).
Jenny McGlashan, Financial Controller
Jenny is responsible for overseeing Cranbrook Care’s accounting functions. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Cranbrook Care’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures; evaluating and reporting on the financial activities of the company; and presenting financial performance reports, findings and recommendations to the executive team. Jenny is a senior executive with extensive finance, administration, strategic and management experience in a variety of industries including over 20 years accounting and management experience in the aged care and retirement living industry. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) and is a Fellow Member of Certified Practising Accountants Australia (FCPA).
Gabrielle Bauer, Operations Manager
Gabrielle is responsible for operations at Cranbrook Care and the residences in the group. Her role is to oversee planning, systems, policies and processes, as well as marketing. Gabrielle’s background is in strategic marketing, product development, project management and investor relations. She has seven years’ experience in the aged care industry and over ten years’ experience in the finance industry. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Finance) and a Masters of Commerce.
Laura Honeysett, Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Laura provides administration support to the Cranbrook Care and residence management teams. She is responsible for the organisation and management of office operations, procedures and resources to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
